This certainly was a very fun and exciting project. That's because we were allowed to choose what topic we wanted to work with! That allowed me to be free and to be myself on this final project. The topic is HEALTHY EATING.
On this project, I revisit help, and teamwork from Alexi and Erin from project 3. They were equally excited about this. We had so much fun creating our group on social go, we didn't have enough time to finish. E_A_T equals Erin, Alexi, Tommy. Yes, we are such NERDS!! Healthy was just obvious, but it's okay.
I know some about good nutrition and what to eat, how to eat, and how to maintain your shape. I learned all this in high school during my days as a student-athlete. Exercising is very important, but just as much as eating.
On our profiles, we decided to be a fruit or vegetable, and I chose the T-O-Mato, see? Yes, exactly. The ladies were carrots and broccoli.
I noticed they were all posting and commenting and blogging and doing things I need to do. I found everything on time, I hope. I found many songs on Youtube, yet only to NOT be able to download them. I sort of cheated by posting a video instead of an actual music file. There was Banana Rap, Fruits n Vegetables, but the one outstanding to me was the Sesame Street musical. It was the Cookie Monster rapping about the food pyramid. I thought that had to be shared, and so I did just that.
I recall struggling slightly searching for events about eating, but I did manage to find one. I was endlessly tagging Google with " healthy eating march event camp " , just about anything. Maybe I should have tried searching on Bing. Or Yahoo.
Uploading photos was fun. It couldn't be just any regular picture of food. I didn't want to upload stir-fry, or noodles, or rice. Some of my favorite foods had to be ignored, but I love fruits - I'm happy I can eat them raw unlike vegetables. BUT, they can be fired unlike fruits.
Collectively, I had the most fun with this project. I was given a voice via my Profile. I'm sure I spoke well.
